The project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

How can a 6-phase 48 V inverter be tested at the end of the production line in such a way that production peaks are absorbed<\/strong> and the line remains stable? This was precisely the challenge facing our customer: the existing EOL testing system<\/strong> had reached its limits and needed to be relieved<\/strong> in order to be able to cope with future peaks safely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The answer is a semi-automatic e-mobility inverter load test bench<\/strong>: the operator inserts the inverter manually, after which insulation tests, communication and hardware checks, and functional tests are performed fully automatically. Automatic AC and DC contacting plays a special role here, enabling reliable testing despite very limited space and offering customers a fully-fledged backup to their existing test benches. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
