While many insulation testers on the market have been developed for quickly checking the insulation resistance<\/strong> of stators, AUTFORCE goes one step further. Our insulation endurance tester<\/strong> offers you the opportunity to test stators for their insulation quality over long periods of time and thus check or prove their durability. This is necessary for an initial quality inspection or for further development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>Insulation tester for electric motor stators<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This new product makes it possible to measure stator insulation<\/strong> under realistic operating conditions. The stator is placed in an automated temperature-controlled oil bath<\/strong> to ensure its conditioning. The tester offers the possibility to flexibly parameterize the effective current<\/strong> and the switching frequency (PWM)<\/strong>, while the edge steepness du\/dt (up to 20kV\/\u00b5s)<\/strong> can be adjusted according to the test requirements. A special feature is the check of the total current<\/strong> (observation of the star point) of the stator phases, whereby the test run is automatically interrupted and checked for damage if the insulation is damaged. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
